SN Nuclearelectrica SA announces that Unit 1 of CNE Cernavodă has been reconnected to the National Energy System after an automatic disconnection on the evening of July 19, 2024. The incident had no impact on nuclear safety.

The reconnection was carried out according to the applicable procedures, in safe conditions, without affecting nuclear safety, personnel or population.
